• [NixOS 20.09] VMs will be rebooted to activate a new kernel.

• Letsencrypt SSL certificates: automatic certificate renewal now only runs once a day and is retried if it fails (#PL-129535).
• Nginx: make sure that temporary directories have correct permissions and clean up leftover files after 10 days (#PL-129529).
• Merge upstream NixOS changes, including a new kernel version.
