• [NixOS 20.09] Grafana and InfluxDB will be restarted. VMs will schedule a reboot to activate the new kernel version.

• Grafana: 7.5.2 -> 7.5.5. This update fixes a problem with frequent logouts (#PL-129789).

• Merge upstream NixOS changes that include security fixes and other updates (#PL-129839):

• perlPackages.ImageExifTool: apply fix for CVE-2021-22204

• phpPackages.composer2: 2.0.12 -> 2.0.13 (CVE-2021-29472)
• dnsmasq: 2.84 -> 2.85
