NixOS 19.03 platform¶

• Remove outdated NFS box. It is going to be replaced with wormhole (#120545).
• Jitsi: update packages, should fix a memory leak in the videobridge with some newer Chrome versions (#129464).
• Webgateway: fix X-Forwarded-Server to use $server_name instead of $host (#3-129399).
