NixOS 19.03 platform

  • Security updates: ClamAV 0.101.2 -> 0.102.4; Asterisk 15.3.0 -> 16.1.1.
  • Docker: Disable policy routing on VM running Docker to fix problems with container networking (#128979).
  • LAMP role: Allow defining multiple virtual hosts with port/docroot pairs (#128815).
